These Terms govern your use of Football Pickoff. By creating an account, joining a league, or using the service, you agree to them.

Who may use Football Pickoff

Football Pickoff is offered only to users accessing the service from the United States, Canada, Mexico, or Taiwan. Access from other countries may be blocked. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the service. If you are not an adult where you live, use Football Pickoff only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts and private leagues

Provide accurate account information and use only accounts and leagues you are authorized to access. Secure login and invitation links are personal to the intended recipient. League commissioners control membership and certain league settings, while the Football Pickoff Network Commissioner may manage platform-wide settings, security, and availability.

Picks, results, and availability

Game picks lock according to the schedule and league controls shown in the service. Standings and results depend on the game data recorded by Football Pickoff and may be corrected when schedule, scoring, or technical errors are discovered. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade security controls, impersonate another person, send spam, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, or use Football Pickoff in a way that violates applicable law or harms other users or the platform.

Ownership and third-party marks

Football Pickoff’s name, branding, software, design, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. NFL, team, and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. Football Pickoff is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or its teams.

Suspension, changes, and disclaimers

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security concerns, rule violations, or discontinuation of the service. Features may change over time. Football Pickoff is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Pickoff and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to mike@footballpickoff.com. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
